In about 90 minutes, we will discuss your goals and what you hope to accomplish in detail. We will outline our specific strategy for getting you the best deal in the shortest amount of time. We will also discuss the housing market in your area, required legal paperwork, and specifics you need to know for selling your property.
- Implementation
Once we have our strategy laid out, we will get to work preparing your house for sale and collecting the necessary assets for our various marketing campaigns. Keeping you informed throughout this process is one of my top priorities. You will be aware of every step along the way as we work toward finding you the right buyer.
- Offers and Closing
As offers start coming in, I will provide you with insights into which ones work in your best interest and help you negotiate for the price and terms that you deserve. After we find the right offer and reach an agreement with a buyer, we will work toward a smooth closing—including all the details that need to be ironed out to prevent any issues later on.
